Is it possible to be in love with a coffee machine? We have had this for about 5 days now. It took some learning to get used to. There are some aspects that aren’t intuitive, like how to program it to the amount of milk you like in your latte’s, but once you figure it out it is a game changer. I’ve been a coffee drinker for years and my husband has preferred espresso. Now that I get steamed milk I can see why, the smooth flavor with the fresh ground beans is amazing. I purchased some sugar free caramel syrup and am making skinny caramel macchiatos at home every morning. At first I thought I would still use my Keurig for my first cup in the morning when my eyes are barely open but now that I’ve figured out the Incanto it is just as easy to brew to use and tastes so much better. I’m afraid I’m spoiled for life now. How do I convince my office we need to replace the Keurig with one of these?!Things to note:We do have the push the beans towards the grinder after every few cups, this is not a big deal to us.Don’t put your…

Great upgrade to my 10 year old Saeco super automatic Great upgrade to my 10 year old Saeco super automatic. The menus are much more intuitive and I like the ability to change water temperature. The milk carafe is great, although, doesn’t do a great froth job with almond or rice milk (not sure anything does… luckily I can use normal milk, but my wife can’t).

Great Espresso machine but questioning the temperature output I am not an expert on automatic espresso machines but ever since I received this and started using it I have questioned the temperature at which it serves espressos and lattes. I called customer support and they told me the machine serves coffee at the correct temperature and if I wanted it hotter I would need to warm up the cup. To me, this is not an acceptable response. While I do enjoy the ease of use and the taste, it is not hot enough. I used the temperature setting on the coffee to adjust to max and it still yields below 100 degrees F. I don’t know if I just received a defective machine or if this is really the standard.
