Bodum Brazil Three Cup French Press Coffee Maker – Red

The Brazil French press coffeemaker, was first designed in the early 80’s and quickly became a symbol of what Bodum stands for. The Brazil comes in an array of colours and features the Bodum logo with an updated handle design. The three part stainless steel plunger has a fine mesh filter, which allows for a premium extraction of your coffee’s aromatic oils and subtle flavours. A mesh filter allows this flavour to be delivered direct to your cup and not absorbed by a paper filter. Plus, no paper filter means no waste. The patented safety lid prevents the splashing of liquids while pressing.

It does make good coffee, and the filter does a good job of keeping the ground coffee out of my cup/coffee.One problem I had with the design is that in my previous experience with Bodum french presses, you could turn the lid so that the lid will “close” (meaning the part with the slits in the lid will not be next to the pouring part of the beaker) but with this lid and the way it fits with the…
