    Leaks Water, Keurig Support Is The Worst, Otherwise Nice **updated 7.26.18 Purchased this to replace another Keurig that I took to the office. I really like this one for the most part. The reason behind the 2 stars is because it leaks water from the dispenser area into either the cup you have under it or, if no cup is present, into the tray and onto the counter. It’s not a huge amount, maybe an ounce or two at most and seems to happen more-often when the reservoir is full.I’ve contacted Keurig with ZERO customer service feedback (very disappointing) and it has been well over a month since I inquired. I considered sending this unit back to Amazon and getting a new one sent, just in case it’s simply my unit, honestly, I don’t have the original box and I dont want to deal with the hassle of shipping it back, explaining the reasoning, going through Square Trade (if needed) and so on.So for now I’m just ‘dealing with it’, undecided if I will continue to be a loyal Keurig customer going forward.I sincerely hope you have better…

    WATER JUST POURS OUT WITHOUT STOPPING…WHAT A MESS!!! LEAKS WATER-2 Keurigs of the model SAME PROBLEM! Bought this to replace an original design of Keurig that we had for years and the pump finally went out. This model Keurig I originally bought last 29 days before we woke up and the Keurig had leaked water from the brewing spout all over the counter, down the cabinet and on my wood floors. Amazon was great and replaced immediately with the same model overnight. The replacement leaks off and on. Now we randomly wake up to a flooded counter even with an extra cup under the dispenser. You will not have coffee-just cleanup! It will leak in the off mode and the auto on feature is hit or miss. Very disappointed!Keurig customer service was contacted and they said they’d take care of us. Great customer care and with their admission of leaking issues on a batch of serial numbers, Keurig is sending a new machine free of charge and emailed a coupon for 2 free boxes of Kcups.     Replaced a more expensive Keurig K575 with this model and the Elite is a much better product. Replaced a more expensive Keurig K575 with this model. The K575 was incredibly slow, the assembly complicated poorly constructed, very difficult to clean, and routinely lost settings. The K-Elite is a sturdy assembly. much is shielded from the coffee and hot water stream and cleaning and service is easy.The controls are much easier to use; push the button for cup size rather than scroll through a digital display to make selections and there is a better selection like coffee temp, strength, ice coffee brewing, etc. The K-Elite is a measured three times faster when brewing coffee.(4/16/2018) I reduced my rating to three stars. All of the above remains true, however, the unit does not hold auto on settings and must be manually started and brought to operating temperature every morning. Once reset, the feature will work two or three times before again failing. I communicated the problem to Keurig site customer service and never received a response. I stated the…
