Coffee heaven! I love good coffee and have a kitchen full of various types of coffee makers, but I ultimately either like a good shot of espresso, or a frothy, flavorful cappuccino or latte. I’m not a fan of Americano style coffee, so I cannot review those result as I don’t drink it that way. Two weeks on and I absolutely love this combo of the Nespresso Inissia with the Aeroccino Plus Milk Frother!Nespresso Inissia- my 1st experience with a Nespresso. The Inissia is a quality machine which you will see as soon as you open the box. Compact, solid and very slick and simple to operate. It came with a sampler pack of Nespresso coffees, which I had to start ‘rating’ from my 1st coffee so as to not lose track of what I liked. I have ordered another sampler pack (cheated by getting on ebay) so as to try the coffees again as a different brew, realizing that I needed to try them as espressos, lattes or cappuccinos. I now have a shortlist of roasts that suit my taste. The coffees are outstanding…

Great Espresso Good Value Deal Since I own and have previously reviewed the Inissia by itself I am using my previous review here for the Inissia alone and adding a new review for the Aeroccino Plus at the bottom.[Original Inissia Review]I own the Citiz for home use and bought the Inissia with coworkers to keep at work. Compared to the Citiz the Inissia is pretty comparable in quality and construction and is around $70 cheaper than the Citiz currently. The Inissia is compact and well made. It is fairly easy to use and makes great espresso. The water heats up just as fast as the Citiz which so far has been about 25 seconds so you can get your coffee fix in the morning very fast.I appreciate that the water reservoir detaches like the Citiz and unlike the Citiz, the lid on the water reservoir is a flip lid and attached to the container. Also, while the expended pod catch container isn’t as flashly looking as the one on the Citiz, it is just as functional and…

Wonderful Espresso, Exceptional Customer Service, and Unfortunately.. a Frequent Need To Call Them I would love to give this 5 stars or more. I love the convenience and LOVE the espresso. But what I don’t love are the problems I’ve had with it starting about 2.5 months after I received it. It lost a couple of stars for that… but I gave one back because of the extremely competent, easy and friendly customer service. Then it lost a star again because of their bad warranty policy. After 2.5 months the lights wouldn’t stop on the steady blinking mode, which indicates it’s ready for brewing. At first I simply had to unplug it and plug it in again, and I could get it to brew. But then it got more difficult to get it to brew. Being lazy, I procrastinated calling customer service because I could still get it to brew. It was finally time to call was when my capsules started literally exploding when I opened the machine. It was actually dangerous.Customer service was wonderful. They did try troubleshooting without success, then sent me a loaner machine (which came…
